Hey Sis...

Who Told You That?

Can I ask you something?

Who told you that you weren't enough?

Seriously.

Who told you that you were too broken...
too old...
too late...
too much...
or somehow not enough for God to use?

Maybe it was something someone said years ago.

Maybe it was a painful experience you still carry with you.

Or maybe you've repeated that lie to yourself so many times that it sounds like your own voice now.

But here's what I want you to remember today...

Just because you've believed it doesn't mean it's true. God never intended for someone else's opinion to become your identity.

Before we let another day go by believing words He never spoke...
Let's take today's SIP together.

Every Sunday SIP follows three simple steps:
πŸ“– Scripture
🎯 Implement
πŸ™πŸ½ Pray

Then...
Let's see what God does with it. πŸ₯‚

Scripture

β€œI praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

β€” Psalm 139:14 (NIV)

Okay, Sis...

I need you to do me a favor.

Read that verse again out loud.

Yep... out loud.

Because some truths need to be heard, not just read.

You've spent enough time listening to what everyone else had to say about you.

Today...
Let's listen to what God says.

He says you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Not "you will be."
Not "once you get your life together."
Not "after you heal."

Right now.
Exactly as you are today.

And if God calls His work wonderful...
Who are we to say anything different?

Implement

Now let's move today's Word from your head to your heart.

Grab a journal or even the Notes app on your phone.

Write down one lie you've been believing about yourself.

Maybe it's...
"I'm too broken."
"I'm not good enough."
"I always mess things up."
"I'll never change."

Now draw one line through it.
Then underneath it, write:
"I am fearfully and wonderfully made."

Read it out loud.
Again.
One more time.

Now here's your challenge for this week.

Every time that old lie tries to come back...
Don't argue with it.
Don't entertain it.
Replace it.

Speak Psalm 139:14 out loud instead.

Let's see what happens after seven straight days of agreeing with God instead of agreeing with the lie.

Pray

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for creating me with purpose and intention.

Forgive me for believing words about myself that You never spoke.

Help me recognize every lie that has taken root in my heart and replace it with Your truth.

Teach me to see myself the way You see me.

When old thoughts try to return this week, remind me that Your voice is the only one that defines my identity.

Thank You for calling me fearfully and wonderfully made.

Today, I choose to believe You more than I believe my fears.

In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
