1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting savedandsip.com, subscribing to our emails, joining the Saved & Sip Brunch Club, or purchasing from our Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What We Offer

• Free content — the Sunday SIP newsletter, SIP journeys, and blog-style posts published on this site.
• Membership community — the Saved & Sip Brunch Club, hosted on Skool, offered in Free, Premium, and VIP tiers.
• Merchandise — print-on-demand products fulfilled by Printify, with checkout processed by Shopify.

We may change, add, or discontinue any part of these offerings at any time.

3. Membership Terms

Paid Brunch Club tiers are billed monthly (or annually where that option is offered) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless stated otherwise. Access to paid features depends on an active subscription in good standing.

4. Purchases & Fulfillment

All merchandise is made to order through print-on-demand production. Please allow standard production time in addition to shipping time. Because items are custom made for you, all sales are generally final except in cases of a defective or damaged item, or an order that arrives incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, email support@savedandsip.com with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including writing, photography, designs, logos, and branding — is the property of Saved & Sip, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission. You’re always welcome to share links to our pages.

6. Community Conduct

The Brunch Club is a space for encouragement and growth. We expect members to treat one another with respect and to keep the community free of harassment, hateful speech, spam, and self-promotion that hasn’t been invited. We reserve the right to remove content or members that violate these expectations or our community guidelines, without refund where a violation is serious.

Content from Saved & Sip is offered for encouragement and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional for your specific situation. The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saved & Sip, LLC and its owners and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, our content, the community, or any product purchased. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
